The provisioning of DDC is achieved through Web Serve platform, which is able to serve:

Automated provisioning of Cloud Servers.
Management of configuration settings of cloud servers.
Auto-placement of cloud servers and the best available physical server in the environment.
Provisioning of network switches and creating load-balanced farms of cloud servers.
Creation and management of templates that are used to create instances of cloud servers.
Access to the server via Remote Desktop Web Connection.

Furthermore, the Web Serve platform developed to meet the needs of the contemporary Cloud Computing and give providers the ability to control and monitor the full cycle from demand to delivery.
