Founded in 2001, Interworks headquarters are based in Thessaloniki, Hellas, a nobal geostrategic point of South-Eastern Europe. Since 2006, Interworks expanded its activities and representatives, by establishing a branch in Athens, Hellas, aiming to cover Sales and Marketing business issues for a larger number of companies established in the Greek Capital.
The primary activities of Interworks up to 2007 was the development of On Demand Business Management Software (such as WebCRM, B2B WebCOMMERCE), implementation, business consulting and education of its Applications Users. In order to ensure high quality hosting services for its customers, Interworks has build its owned-managed Data Center on top of Microsoft Technologies, offering Active-Passive Database Services, Active-Active Clustered e-mail Services, Web Application Farms, Firewall, DNS Services and Specific Operations Management Software from Microsoft - Microsoft Operations Management Server 2008.
Interworks' Data Center is built according to International Technical Standards, certified by TUV (H-04/839/Rev.0) for the physical security and it functions based on the Rules of National Authority of Communications Classification (ADAE).
In the final quarter of 2008 Interworks has been selected by Microsoft Corp. to become a certified Incubation Center for the South East Europe, providing Managed Application Hosting and Business Consulting to ISVs (Independent Software Vendors), as well as transforming traditional applications to the SaaS model delivering Business application On Demand.
