WebServe Billing & Support System organizes and coordinates your support department. It offers a complete solution for the efficient management of cases (trouble tickets and complaints) submitted by the customers through the customer support portal.

All cases are added in a queue and are assigned to support agents for their resolution. Depending of the nature of the case, users from other departments (e.g. operations, billing etc.) can be involved to the resolution process. All the resolution phases are tracked and recorded in case history section along with user comments. Also, all the communication with the customer (send / receive emails and faxes, files exchange) is recorded and displayed in case view page. WebServe Billing & Support system has also a knowledge base where the agents can search to find the appropriate solution.

Customers submit tickets through customer support portal. From the portal they can view the progress of their tickets and they can also have access to the knowledge base. There is also the option for live chatting with an available support agent. 

WebServe Billing & Support System is part of Interworks WebCRM system.  This means that the customer can easily add CRM capabilities in the system such as trouble ticketing, marketing, contract management, opportunities management etc.
